1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FasterKart platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

FasterKart provides a logistics platform allowing merchants to generate shipping labels, and dispatch packages via our internal courier services. We act as an in-house logistics provider.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate shipment details, including exact weight and dimensions.
• You are responsible for ensuring the contents of your packages comply with local laws. Dangerous, illegal, or prohibited goods are strictly forbidden.
• You agree to adequately package items to withstand standard transit conditions.

4. Weight Discrepancies and Billing

Shipping rates displayed during order creation are estimates based on the weight and dimensions you provide. If the courier determines the actual or volumetric weight is higher during transit, you will be billed for the difference (Weight Discrepancy). We reserve the right to auto-deduct these differences from your Wallet.

5. Limitation of Liability

FasterKart is not liable for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. Any claims for damages must be filed directly through our platform and are subject to our policies and maximum liability limits.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment of outstanding dues.
